Terms of service

These terms cover the smayl website (smayl.app and its subdomains). smayl is a product developed within EUAI House and these terms are written in that context.

smayl is AI-supported patient-conversion infrastructure for dental clinics. Components include patient conversations over WhatsApp, visual analysis (AI guidance report), and appointment handling.

Important: all AI outputs are guidance — they are not a medical diagnosis. Clinical decisions always rest with the clinician. This distinction is repeated visually throughout the site.

• Fill the demo request form with accurate, current information.
• Do not register on behalf of someone else without their consent.
• Do not behave in ways that damage the site or its infrastructure (for example automated request floods, or unauthorised penetration testing).

• A clinician follow-up to demo requests within 24 hours.
• Processing data in line with UK GDPR and GDPR — details are in the privacy notice.
• Keeping clinic data (patient information, visual analysis content) under the clinic's control; smayl does not use this data for its own commercial purposes.

• The smayl mark, logo, site code, design, and copy are protected within EUAI House.
• Content you provide (demo form inputs, contact details) remains yours. smayl processes this data solely to respond to the demo request.

• The smayl website is provided 'as is'; uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
• AI outputs are for guidance only and do not replace clinical judgement; decisions taken on the basis of those outputs are the clinician's responsibility.
• smayl is not liable for indirect losses (loss of profit, reputational damage, etc.) arising from the use of or inability to use the site.

smayl may update, suspend, or temporarily take the site offline with or without prior notice. Short access interruptions may occur during maintenance or version upgrades.

• You may stop visiting the site at any time; no separate obligations under these terms survive (other than a pending demo request).
• smayl reserves the right to block use that breaches these terms (for example automated attacks or fraudulent registration) without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.

These terms are effective as of the date at the foot of the page. Changes are published on the same page; for material changes we may also post a notice on the homepage. Continuing to use the site signals acceptance of the current version.
